Your information and transaction history that you provide to us voluntarily on our web site and in our retail store is stored in our customer database. We do not solicit your information, such as e-mail address, or contact information to any third parties except to the extent to fulfill your order. The information you submit through our web site is required in order to fulfill your order properly and timely. In addition to fulfilling your order, we use the information that you provide for purposes such as responding to your inquiries, customizing your subsequent shopping experience with us, improving our services, and communicating with you. Additionally, if you voluntarily subscribe to our mailing list, we will use your personal information to send you promotions, discounts and special offers. You will be giving the option to unsubscribe to any future advertisements from The Original Sweat Box Pro Shop.Any personal information you reveal to us is protected during transmission by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information and is the accepted standard industry-wide for web site security.We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. The Original Sweat Box Pro Shop and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if The Original Sweat Box Pro Shop believes that the customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of The Original Sweat Box Pro Shop and its subsidiaries.
We realize the importance of our customers feeling comfortable about your online shopping experience. We understand your needs as a consumer, that is why we want to Guarantee your Satisfaction!
If you're not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the cost of the most merchandise. We unconditionally guarantee all unused, damaged or defective merchandise return or exchange within 30 days from the receipt of shipment. Equipment or machinery (unused or unaltered in any way can be returned within 14 days from date of receipt of the item and in original packaging if preservable). Shipping fees are not refundable. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund or exchange.
The only exception is personalized or custom made items (see below). Read below for specific reference to your type of return or exchange.
1. To help your return or exchange go smoothly, please email email@example.com us for a Return Authorization, if it is easier feel free to contact our customer service department at 1(866) 227-7512.
2. If you choose to correspond by email, please include the name that appears on the order and the order number. Indicate whether you would like an exchange or return if applicable.
3. Our Customer Service Department will promptly email you the RMA and easy additional instructions on sending your merchandise back to us at your expense.
4. After we receive your returned merchandise, we will either refund the appropriate item(s) purchase price less shipping and 20% restocking fee; or we will ship your exchange merchandise with the replacement item. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Used merchandise is non-refundable.
5. We will gladly do exchanges or refunds on unused or defective merchandise within 30 days (machinery 14 days of receipt of item.
Personalized/Custom Product Return Policy
If you ordered personalized product from www.tosweatbox.com, we're sorry but we can't offer you a return unless damaged during shipping or manufacturer defect. In which case follow the Damaged Item Return Policy below. All sales are final on personalized products.
Merchandise Return/Exchange Policy/Warranty
We have a 30 day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery on merchandise (machinery/equipment 14 days see above details). If you return a product that is defective, damaged, or unused we will process this as expeditiously as possible. Shipping charges are not refundable. Used products are non- refundable unless approved by The Original Sweat Box. All returns and exchanges must receive an authorization number and must be within 30 days of delivery and in resalable condition. (Resalable condition means in original packaging). There is a charge to the customer for return shipping to our warehouse and a 20% restocking fee on all unused merchandise.
A copy of the original invoice along with the authorization number must accompany the product being returned.
Warranty on the Sweat Box Ultimate Bowling Ball Cleaning Machine is 1 year on parts and labor. Details included in packaging.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us at 1 (866) 227-7512 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. When you contact us, please refer to your order number and name used on the original order. All items must be in new condition in order to receive a refund or replacement merchandise, and must be returned no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.
Damaged Upon Receipt Item
If you have received an item that is damaged (in transit by mail) and you feel that it needs to be returned please follow these simple steps.
1. Email us at email@example.com with a description of the damage and photos of the product (shipping box if it was damaged in shipping). Please include your order number, name and your telephone number along with the best time to reach you. Damaged Merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, no exceptions.
2. If you are not able to send images of the damage please call us at 1 (866)-227-7512; or email us for further instructions.Shipping & Delivery InformationWe realize the importance of getting your merchandise as soon as possible, so we are pleased to say that all of our in stock items are shipped to you within 2-3 business days for the most part. If you require special shipping on your merchandise, please contact us by phone at 1 (866) 227-7512 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional instructions. Also, there is a comment box at the end of checkout for messages to be placed there.
